Boosts: a target, a window, and a bonus in your wallet
Complete a set number of trips, earn 5-star ratings, or leave ratings yourself — and a bonus lands once the rides are settled.
A boost is a target somebody at EkSawariAur has set, with a bonus attached to it and a window to do it in.
If a boost is meant for you, it appears on your home screen with a bar showing how far along you are.
What a boost can ask for
- Complete trips — the plain one. Drivers count trips; passengers and agents count rides.
- Earn 5-star ratings — how many times somebody rated you five out of five inside the window.
- Leave ratings — how many rides you rated. Any score counts, not only five.
The card always says which of the three it is, and the number counts up as you go.
What it pays
Either a fixed amount, or a share of the fares that met the target. A share rewards ten long journeys more than ten short ones, which is the point of offering one.
The bonus is paid once, into your wallet, and only after the rides that earned it have settled. That last part is deliberate: a bonus paid before a ride is settled is a bonus that can be paid on a ride that never happened.
Who gets one
A boost aims at a role — driver, passenger or agent — and inside it at either everybody, or a hand-picked group. It can also be limited to one city, or to a group of cities.
If you cannot see a boost on your home screen, it was not aimed at you.
Reading the card
- The bar is your progress against the target
- The number beside it is what you have done out of what is needed
- The date is when the window closes — nothing counts after it
No, it does not change fares
A boost costs the passenger nothing and takes nothing from the driver's fare. It is money the platform puts up to get something moving.
